1. General Terms and Definitions

The following terms used in this document carry specific meanings:

• "Platform" refers to yaya9's website, applications, and all associated digital services.
• "User" refers to any registered or unregistered person who accesses or uses the services on the platform.
• "Account" refers to a single profile created by a user with a username, password, and personal information.
• "Wager" or "Bet" refers to money placed to participate in any game or sports event.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional benefits, free bets, or additional funds provided by yaya9.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total amount that must be wagered before bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

• Each user may operate only one account. yaya9 reserves the right to suspend all accounts if multiple accounts are created.

3. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

The following policies apply to all financial transactions on yaya9:

Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per payment method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and Bank Transfer.
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
• yaya9 reserves the right to verify any suspicious or unusual deposits.

Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
• KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
• The withdrawal method must be consistent with the deposit method used.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.

4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

yaya9 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers to its users. These offers are subject to the following conditions:

• Welcome Bonus: New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000.
• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times (25x) — meaning the bonus funds become withdrawable once you have wagered 25 times the bonus amount.
• A user may take advantage of a bonus offer only once, unless otherwise stated in the terms.
• If any misuse or manipulation of a bonus is suspected, yaya9 may cancel the bonus and suspend the account.
• The VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum — and each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit.
• Not all games can be played with bonus funds — restrictions may apply to specific games.
• yaya9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activities on yaya9 are governed by the following rules:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If a bet or game round is cancelled due to a technical error or disconnection, yaya9 will take action in accordance with its policy.
• If a dispute arises over the outcome of a game, the user may appeal through the support team. The final decision rests with yaya9 management.
• If any individual or group intentionally exploits system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage, the relevant winnings will be voided.
• In sports betting, if an event is cancelled or postponed, yaya9's defined reassessment policy will apply.
• In live betting, odds may change at any time — the odds at the time the bet is confirmed are final.
• Automated betting using software or artificial intelligence is strictly prohibited.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the yaya9 platform:

• Operating an account as a minor (under 21 years of age) or on behalf of one.
• Registering with a false identity or forged documents.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses.
• Using the platform to launder money or conceal the source of illegal funds.
• Hacking, sending viruses, or any form of cyber attack.
• Betting through third parties or operating another person's account.
• Attempting to infiltrate the platform's software, algorithms, or random number generator.
• Threatening, harassing, or defrauding other users.

Violating any of these prohibitions will result in permanent termination of the relevant account, possible forfeiture of all funds, and potential legal action.

8. VIP Program and Rewards

yaya9's VIP program has four tiers, and each tier offers its own set of benefits:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Advancement through VIP tiers depends on the user's active participation and gaming activity on the platform. yaya9 reserves the right to modify the terms of the VIP program at any time.

Cashback funds are generally credited to the account on a set day each week. A specified wagering requirement must be met before cashback can be withdrawn.

9. Account Suspension and Closure Policy

yaya9 may temporarily or permanently suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Evidence of fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• The account being at a security risk.
• At the direction of a legal authority.
• At the user's own request.

Users may also request to close their account at any time. In such cases, the valid balance in the account (the portion with completed wagering) will be returned, but bonus funds will be forfeited.

11. Limitation of Liability
